Photos must be 100 dpi (dots per inch) at the size of the portrait that you choose. Regardless of the file size, an image that is fuzzy when it is small will still be fuzzy when it is made larger.  Remember to choose the appropriate type of portrait for the image you are using; for example, if you have an image that is more horizontal you will get best results from choosing a horizontal portrait.  For vertical images, the vertical portrait is the best choice.  It's best to always preview your order before you place it, just click on "Update" or "PDF Preview."  If you see the image isn't aligning correctly in the preview, please email us and we'll help you.

At least a 3 megapixel camera is required to take a large format picture. Most digital cameras will allow you to change the resolution settings. We highly recommend using the SHQ (Super High Qualitiy) or SuperFine mode on your camera with minimum compression.

Digital Photographs must be 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 2"x2" size maximum to fit into the logo area within the greeting card template. Logos should be submitted in jpeg, tiff or eps formats for best results.  It's best to choose the appropriate layout of greeting card for your image/photo.  If your image is horizontal, it will fit best on a horizontal card, as a vertical image will fit best on a vertical card.  Preview your order by clicking on "Update" or "PDF Preview" before placing your order.  If you are having trouble, please email us and we'll help you.
